Technology assessment is a critical and timely activity for national security, especially in the pursuit of strategic advantages over near-peer adversaries. Yet, many analysts and researchers may not be fully aware of the wide range of analytic methods available to support this work. What methods exist for effective technology assessment? What are their strengths and limitations? And which approaches are best suited for specific types of analysis?
This workshop is designed to explore these essential questions. Participants will be introduced to a variety of technology assessment methods, examine real-world applications, and engage in discussions about which techniques are most effective for different challenges. Join us to broaden your toolkit and contribute to the evolving conversation on technology assessment in national security.
