Decision-making is increasingly being driven by vast quantities, velocities, and varieties of data. Operations research (or analytics) offers many techniques for deriving insight from data, but the field of OR may be intimidating to those without a formal OR, computer science, or math background. The Executive Seminar provides senior decision-makers a basic toolkit for getting the most out of quantitative analysis.
