Description: In 2018, only ~20% of all jobs in technology were held by women (Source: Small Business Trends) and yet Fortune 500 companies with at least 3 women in leading positions saw a 66% increase in ROI (Source: Women Who Tech). In this panel, several women from across the Lockheed Martin Corporation who have achieved top technical positions will share their unique experiences on how they have bypassed firewalls to enter a male dominated field while opening doors for others to do the same.
