I am an officer in the US Army. My basic branch was Combat Engineer. I remained in my basic branch for just over 10 years before transitioning to ORSA. Positions I have held include: Smoke and Decontamination Platoon Leader, Sapper Platoon Leader, Company XO, Assistant S3, HHC Company Commander, Battalion S3 for the Brigade Special Troops Battalion of 3BCT, 4ID, the Brigade Engineer for 3BCT, 4ID, Wargame designer at TRAC WSMR, Chief of Operations for 7ATC, the Commandant for the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC), 7ATC.
For my time as a 12A, I have many iterations as the Task Force Breach Commander for exercises, Engineer Planner for MDMP, but never enough time on everyone's favorite range Demolitions.
For my time at TRAC WSMR, I was tasked with establishing a wargaming division there to support the ongoing studies from 2015-2017.
My deployed experiences include CoB/CoS Closures and return to Host Nation to include redistribution of all real and TPE property, Route Clearance Planner at Brigade and Battalion, an Iraqi Forces LNO, the Base Defense Commander for COB Adder, and an HHC Company Commander.
