Over my 35 year career in the defense industry, I have ​provided leadership for modeling and simulation (M&S) and operations analysis activities involving constructive, virtual and live entities that support operational effectiveness assessments, technology design and maturation, and business development ventures. I am dedicated to facilitating communication and collaboration of ideas and best practices through participation in corporate and industry organizations and customer engagements. I am also very passionate about assisting in the development of leadership and technical skills in young engineers through participating in STEM activities, mentoring relationships, and technical consultation. In my spare time I enjoy scapbooking and traveling.
